Adam G. Wasch

Adam G. Wasch is a Florida lawyer who counsels franchisors, franchisees and emerging businesses in a variety of industries including health and wellness, education, senior living, quick serve restaurants, retail, apparel, tech and more. He is a founding partner of the business and franchise law firm Wasch Raines LLP based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Adam provides legal and business counsel to startup franchising clients and startups in his practice and works hard to protect the legal interests of his franchise and business clients. Mr. Wasch serves as a legal partner to startups and regularly counsels them in the area of corporate governance and formation in the early stages.

Prior to founding his law firm, Mr. Wasch was a litigation attorney at one of Florida’s largest law firms and represented large corporations, airlines, aviation companies, and their insurers in state and federal courts. Adam graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a business degree and obtained his JD from the FIU College of Law in Miami, Florida. In law school, Adam served as the managing editor of the FIU Law Review and founded the FIU Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Before embarking on a legal career, Adam was a director of corporate sales for two Minor League Baseball teams.

Adam is a member of the ABA Forum on Franchising, has served on Florida Bar and ABA committees, and has been recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star in the franchising/dealership category. He is a licensed Florida Realtor and lives in Boca Raton with his wife and two sons.
